DoubleDot Wooden Products is owned by Joel Greenberg and Derek Berold. Joel is the major shareholder of Blackball Pool which he started in 1988.

Blackball has developed into a major brand in Pool and Entertainment Equipment Supply and Rental in South Africa, manufacturing a high-quality product to export standard. This facility was hived off in 2018 and it was out of this that Double Dot Wooden Products was started; first with the acquisition of a modern high-speed hydraulic copy lathe (the only one of its kind in the Western Cape). It is capable of producing volumes of high quality, the same every time!

Our facility has increased in size to include specialist equipment for the manufacture of our unique expanded product offering which includes a range of family wooden games.
